To achieve this, we need to adopt a social approach to transition, taking into account the complexity of people and society, without imposing a uniform model of transformation that responds to a single priority.

2tonnes' action to unblock the situation can be modeled on several factors:

• Using collective intelligence to enable individuals to develop their own capacity for action with regard to the collective

• Unblocking human obstacles to change

• Consolidate the CSR transformation by avoiding backlash at times of strategic deprioritization​
